If you're looking for the band, click to go to Screamapillar Rocks and now-- on with the show! Thursday, March 18, 2004 don't forget to turn off the like switch when you're done! so a friend mentioned that she's totally lost interest in this guy she's been dating casually. usually they went out for drinks or had lunch. in any case, it's official. the like for this guy has been switched OFF. in a big way. if you've been reading lately (questionable), there was a post about how people who smell good are more attractive. needless to say, people who don't smell good aren't as attractive. and that's how it all went down. this guy my friend's been dating just didn't smell all that good, and she had no desire to kiss him AT ALL (i have no regrets AT ALL-- 10 points if you know what that's from). apart from that, he's a big time druggie (another big turn off) so it's no wonder that his like switch was completely off by the end of the day. anyways, this is what usually happens to me-- i like a guy-i like a guy- i like a guy and then WHOOPS i find out some horrible thing and the like goes OFF. sometimes it's a fatal flaw-- he smokes, he's a druggie, he's got a gf/strong interest, he's gay (not a fatal flaw, but doesn't do me much good)-- and sometimes it's just something that creeps up on me after getting to know the guy-- he's more annoying than i thought, he won't open up to me, he won't hold my hand, he shows me his junk on the first date-- and suddenly, any feelings i had for the guy go right out the window, and involuntarily, the like is GONE with a quickness. sometimes, if i have to, i can purposely turn those feelings off like *SNAP* lights-off and i can make myself not like someone. very abruptly. it just might take a bitch-out session or two, but usually i can force it upon myself, and then they are dead to me! in the like sense, anyways. that's not so hard. i hear sometimes, "i cant just change my feelings like that." luckily i can. what is that supposed to mean. maybe it means my like doesn't run that deep. regardless, it's not usually horribly hard to move on. it doesn't always happen this way, but i would say that i dont NORMALLY linger on guys that i know i can't/shouldn't be with. what a shame when they give the impression of being a good guy. posted by tha muce -|- 3/18/2004 02:11:00 PM -|- reassuring comments?!?! ---> so far!
