Wednesday, December 17, 2003 SPOLIERS and elf lovin' M: gimli didn't do much M: sad M: "that STILL only counts as ONE" C: gimli sucks though M: but he was legolas' bed buddy M: that has to count for something C: yeah he did ride on the horse with him M: in all three movies M: in the boats too C: they were "close" friends C: gimli always tried to pretend he detested legolas but you know he really wanted some hot elf action M: well shiet, who doesn't M: actually, didn't he like galadriel? C: yeah but he tried to hide it C: galadriel? C: i guess he did M: when they all got gifts he asked for her hair C: he had like a little crush on her M: WHAT IF C: gimli and galadriel? M: he transferred his crush on galadriel onto legolas C: oooh C: they're both blond elves C: so when he was forced to leave galadriel behind C: he transferred his affections to the second most likely character M: yup C: he has elf fetish M: they're both tall and blond and beautiful M: like jungle fever, middle earth style C: but he didn't wanna admit that he had a crush on legolas because it wouldn't have been appropriate C: seeing as how legolas is male and all C: elf fever M: and an elf M: i mean, M: a male dwarf-- according to him, the females look like men anyways C: oh yeah! C: lends much credence to the theory M: maybe he wanted something fairer C: yeah so it's really not out of the ordinary for a male dwarf to have a crush on a male M: right M: as long as they're pretty M: which legolas definitely is. M: he's gorgeous C: yeah C: i mean C: gimli spent so much time down in the mines M: it was all dark C: he was never exposed to the true beauty of the elves M: exactly! C: when he saw legolas he cracked M: they're so pretty! C: because he was so fair and beautiful M: exactly C: imagine being a dwarf and seeing nothing but short fat man dwarves down in the mines M: hahahahaha C: and then one day you see legolas C: he couldn't resist M: how can you do anything but fall in love M: awww C: i'm surprised he didn't just jump him the first time he saw him M: i mean they go across the sea together for goodness sakes M: neither of them marry, obviously M: i bet they lived together too C: they're lifelong bachelors C: until each other M: and then they became lifelong partners C: do you think that maybe gimli also has an inferiority complex? M: for sure M: always having to try and show up the big bad elf C: he's always bragging but deep down i bet he wants to be legolas M: forreals M: and be pretty C: so not only does he have a romantic crush on him he also admires him and maybe almost even sees him as a deity? C: i think there's a name for that kind of thing M: that's so unhealthy! C: idolatry C: he idolizes legolas M: what did eowyn say when before she killed it? M: "i am no man!" C: yeah!
