Monday, December 23, 2002 saw: Die Another Day (Will Yun Lee is DELISH...) gonna see: LOTR: The Two Towers (YEAAAAH!!) perfect song of the moment: Hanson - "If Only" (told you i liked hanson. but only this album so far. the first one was poopie) off to the destist! tomorrow i have a destist appointment. i'm gonna get my chipped tooth fixed. WHAT?-- you ask-- WHEN DID YOU CHIP YOUR TOOTH? in high school i reply. AND YOU HAVEN'T FIXED IT YET?? well... okay let me explain. one day, in high school, a friend of mine and i were playing on the swings (WHY there are swings at my high school is another story for another day). well. his friends came along and flipped him upside down in the swing and he couldn't get back up. so as he was dangling from the swing, he kept saying he couldn't hold on, his hands were hurting and his head was gonna hit the ground. so of course, i tried to help him. i had almost gotten him fully upright, when he let go of the swing and *TING* the chain smacks me in the mouth, chipping a corner off one of my front teeth-- the very front one on my left, if ya REALLY wanted to know. so. i got it fixed at the dentist's office and everything was peachy keen. flash forward four or five years. i'm a red belt in hankido, and sparring with black belts. as exhilirating and fun as this is, it's also slightly dangerous. so here i am-- no mouthguard mind you-- trading kicks with really flexible black belts--namely susan and laura... i'm not sure who delivered the blow that re-chipped my tooth-- but it had to be one of them-- laura, well, you've already heard the story with her kicks-- exactly head high for me... and well, susan brushed my face with an axe kick-- and tho it didn't hurt, it coulda done SOMETHING to my tooth. anyways, i didn't even notice until i went out to dinner with some friends that night... something in the front of my mouth didn't feel right... my teeth feel abnormally sharp, and pointy, and rough.... and then it hits me-- AW CRAP. i take out my mirror (yeah i carry a mirror) and lo and behold-- the corner of my tooth is missing. so there ya go. i'm finally getting the chance to fix it again, since it's been like a month and a half since it happened (the second time). i wonder if i swallowed the little piece that they used to fix it with.... posted by tha muce -|- 12/23/2002 01:12:00 AM -|- reassuring comments?!?! ---> so far!
